Returns and Exchanges
Union Binding Company is happy to help you return or exchange your items purchased on Unionbindingcompany.com that meet our returns and exchanges policy. Items must be in new condition, unused, unworn and in original packaging. Returns and exchanges are subject to a return shipping flat fee ($3 for soft goods or accessories, $7 for bindings). We are not offering returns or exchanges for orders to Canada at this time.
Within 30 days of purchase, we will replace your unused item(s) or refund the product price, whichever you prefer. After 30 days, we may offer to replace or offer a store credit at our discretion. Refunds are subject to a return shipping fee. Refunds issued may take up 5 business days to process. We are not offering returns for orders to Canada at this time.

To start an exchange, please complete a return for the unwanted item with Returns Instructions above. Then, purchase your replacement item as a separate order. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot process your exchange as one transaction. Due to stock availability, we recommend placing your replacement order as soon as possible.

We currently are only able to ship orders in the US. All orders are fulfilled from Seattle, WA, USA. We offer multiple shipping options to fit your needs. Although we cannot guarantee shipping time estimated at purchase, we will do our best to get your items out as quickly as possible. Delivery is not guaranteed and is subject to delays by carriers, inclement weather, and holidays. Orders shipped via USPS may arrive on Saturday (post office discretion), but all other methods of shipment do not offer delivery on Saturday or Sunday. Carriers may vary depending on shipping type and destination.

Please make sure during checkout you are shipping your items to a secure location. Tracking is sent by email once your package is out for delivery. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
Out of Stock Notice
We attempt to only accept orders for items that are currently in stock. In the unusual event that an order is placed for an item that is not in stock, we will contact you via the email address provided on your order. If we don’t receive a reply within 3 business days, we will immediately ship all in-stock items and any back-ordered item will be cancelled.
Washington state sales taxes apply on all orders shipped within Washington state.
We accept credit card payment. We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship, although your bank may put a hold on these funds, we do not charge until shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail, or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
