In-house Design & Engineering
Union Headquarters is located a quick 45 minute drive from the closest gondola. Living and working in the heart of the Italian Alps gives us the opportunity to test in the morning, be back in the office by lunch, adjust / modify designs by the end of the day.
3D Advanced Prototype Lab

Forged Carbon Production
Forged Carbon has always been produced inhouse, because during it's inception, there were no outside vendors capable of offering help. So Union purchased a used forging press, and by trial and error, figured out how to apply it to binding parts. That was years ago, and with recent investment into our all new forging press (specifically built for Forged Carbon production), we are excited to show the world the next generation of this futuristic material.
In-house bindings assembly is a key ingredient for Union's strict quality control policies. Union Bindings are hand checked by our dedicated in-house quality control team at every stage of production. All of this ensures that only the highest standard of bidnings hit the market.
