Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Tax & Duty are collected ar checkout for Canadian orders.
We currently are only able to fulfill North American orders (check back for updates on Shipping Zones).
Orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS depending order contents and service selected. Carrier may vary from selected service if needed.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are currently able to fulfill North American orders.
Orders fulfilled by unionbindingcompany.com are dispatched from Seattle, WA.
For countries outside of US, customs import Tax or VAT charges will be collected at checkout if your order passes through your local customs office.
unionbindingcompany.com will not refund these charges.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or the costs applicable as these vary from Country to Country.
We recommend you contact your local customs office to find out more about any possible charges you may be required to pay.
Damages, Loss & Theft
unionbindingcompany.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Additional shipping coverage can be purchased at checkout through Route Insurance.
Please verify the conditions of the product delivered and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
